Welcome to the Adam May CBT Practice. We are a small group of CBT practitioners each practising independently under the clinical supervision of Adam May. All practitioners are appropriately qualified and carry their own professional indemnity insurance. The practice has been based in Llanddaniel since 1991.

We see people with a wide range of psychological problems and issues. In most cases we will be able to give our initial assessment, a rough idea of what treatment we can offer and approximately how long treatment is likely to take at the first session. If we do not think we can help, we will suggest a more appropriate service.

Appointments are generally available within a few days although you may need to wait longer if you wish to see a particular practitioner.

As well as providing CBT on a fee-paying basis, the practice also accepts self-referrals under the MEDRA scheme, and referrals from national employee assistance providers. The practice receives no public funding and is therefore unable to offer any concessions on fees
