Thank you for visiting the Adam May CBT Practice web site. All our associate practitioners are to provide CBT for all the commonly occurring mental health conditions you are likely to see in general practice:

Adam May and Andy Lancelot are trained to deliver EMDR for the treatment of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. As you may be aware, EMDR is now also being used in conjunction with CBT for the treatment of some of the other conditions previously listed.

Andy Lancelot specialises in working with children and young people.

Wait times are usually only a few days, although clients may need to wait a little longer should they wish to see a specific practitioner. When making referrals, please provide client telephone and email details if you have them, as this facilitates an early appointment.

Please feel free to make a referral yourself if you think there is information we need to know from you, or your patient would benefit from the support of an assisted referral, or the referral is for a child or young person. Referrals and clinical enquiries can be made by letter, or by email to GPreferral@adammay.co.uk. In all other cases, encourage the patient to telephone our office staff for an appointment themselves. There is a pdf file at the bottom of this page which you can print off and give to your patient.
